Join us for our Annual Membership Meeting!

Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at 6:00PM at BARC Production Services Warminster.

You are cordially invited to the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026, at BARC Production Services Warminster located at 349 Ivyland Road, Warminster, PA 18974. This important meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 P.M, at which time the membership will cast its vote to elect three members to three-year term positions on the Board of Directors. It is important that you, as a member of BARC Developmental Services, cast your vote, as it impacts the future of our organization. If you have yet to contribute to the 2026 Membership Drive you may do so on our below. Please know that only current members may cast votes.

We realize not all members will be able to attend the meeting. In an attempt to be sure all of our valued members are able to cast their vote, please print and scan and email or mail in your Proxy Ballot.

Immediately following the annual membership meeting and election, we will be hosting our 2026 Community Awards Ceremony. Please consider staying for the reception and joining us as we acknowledge those who have provided the gift of their time to our agency. Refreshments will be served.

BARC Developmental Services continues to grow, and evolve, as an agency to better serve the community. Your vital membership participation helps support our quality programs and services that we provide to people with intellectual disabilities and Autism.

Participation sustains the mission of our agency and financial support enhances the quality of programs and services. Members are invited to our annual Membership Meeting and Reception in May and take an active part in an election that directly impacts the future of the organization by casting votes for the volunteer Board of Directors

-Your tax deductible gift contributes to the support of the men, women, and children receiving services through our early intervention, residential, and vocational programs;
-You will receive this bi-annual newsletter, PROGRESS, which keeps you up to date on the agency’s goals and accomplishments, as well as informing you of upcoming events.
