BARC Developmental Services continues to grow, and evolve, as an agency to better serve the community. Your vital membership participation helps support our quality programs and services that we provide to people with intellectual disabilities and Autism.

Participation sustains the mission of our agency and financial support enhances the quality of programs and services. Members are invited to our annual Membership Meeting and Reception in May and take an active part in an election that directly impacts the future of the organization by casting votes for the volunteer Board of Directors

As a member:

-You are invited to attend the annual Membership Meeting held in May and participate in the election of the volunteer Board of Directors;
-Your vote directly impacts the future of the organization;
-Your tax deductible gift contributes to the support of the men, women, and children receiving services through our early intervention, residential, and vocational programs;
-You will receive this bi-annual newsletter, PROGRESS, which keeps you up to date on the agency’s goals and accomplishments, as well as informing you of upcoming events.

On Thursday, May 7th, 2026 our annual Membership Meeting and Community Awards took place at BARC Production Services Warminster. At this event, three board members were elected or re-elected to serve a three year term. Board members Patricia Schuck, Dana Teeling and Denise Young were all approved to serve for terms 2026-2029.

The membership meeting was then followed by our Community Awards. Members of the community who have made generous contributions on behalf of BARC and supported individuals were recognized for their generosity. This year’s Community Awards included Foundations Community Partnership, OmniLift, Nourishing Storm Yoga, Ray Rigous, John Fuller and Dr. Salil Gabale. Congratulations to all of this year’s recipients and thank you for your continued commitment to our mission.
