Baseball Raffle Terms & Conditions
This raffle is conducted under Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance License No. SGC01477.
Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
Tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased before the drawing date.
The raffle drawing will be held on the announced date; winners need not be present to win.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
All proceeds benefit BARC Developmental Services Inc.
Winners will be notified via phone and must claim prizes within 30 days of notification.
The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle in compliance with Pennsylvania law.
This raffle complies with all Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance regulations.

Please note that as of 2024, all sporting event tickets are delivered in a digital format. Winners will be publicized on our website at www.barcprograms.org, the BARC Facebook page, Bits of BARC (our online news bulletin), and listed in the spring edition of PROGRESS.
